We understand that your loved one’s ashes are precious, so we take great care to use only what is needed to create your Evermore bracelet. Returning any remaining ashes in a custom ceramic Obelisk along with your Evermore memorial bracelet.
Handcrafting your custom Evermore memorial bracelet typically takes around 4–6 weeks from the time we receive your loved ones cremains to the time your finished piece is ready to be shipped.
We know this can be a difficult time. If you have any questions or would like an update during this time, please contact us directly.

Because our memorial jewelry involves the shipping and handling of cremains, international shipping can become extremely costly due to courier fees, customs requirements, tariffs, and additional documentation. For many families, those extra expenses outweigh the value of the purchase itself — so for now, we focus on serving Canadian clients with care, clarity, and predictable costs.
